Love, Love, Love Mexico! I am thinking of going back here next year - 2018. I was here in February 2016, and April 2015. I stay at the Now Sapphire Riviera Hotel, and this is just beautiful with its wooden slat roofs, rivers flowing though the hotel, 7 a la carte restaurants with food to just die for, lots of bars, a night club, and a cocktail bar on the beach with a swing. We went out clubbing to CoCo Bongo, which was fantastic, and a must do if you go here. It has acrobats flying across the room and exciting tributes to the great figures of music. It’s a great place to dance and also be amazed by the show. Tour Chichen Itza while you are here, and go early morning, when the site is less crowded.
